- Workout Intensity- Increasing workout duration actually does not help as much as keeping the intensity level high.
- Strength Training- Weight lifting should be included to help maintain muscle mass and increase bone density.
- Sleep- (I definitely need more of this)
- Nutrition- Make sure to ingest carbohydrates and proteins immediately after a high-stress workout. Vitamins and minerals should be the focus for the remainder of the day.
