I remember taking Tai Chi in my final year of college. Simu Kuo (simu=female instructor) always told me I was going through the various motions way too fast, and encouraged me to take my time; seems to be a recurring theme. I also remember that with each class starting at 8 in the morning, I only got a B in the course because of my attendance; gee, what a big surprise!
